Long time lurker first time poster. I have seven 5 gal extract batches under my belt now. the first few were hit and miss. Then I found this site. The info and opinions I have got from here have helped me tremendously. I now enjoy my home brews and proud to share with others. So I must give HBT a great big THANK YOU!!
