Tiny little bubbles still rising.

What say you? Wait a few more days.

If your gravity has been steady then the bubbles are probably just due to a rise in temperature causing some CO2 to off-gas.

Is 3 weeks in primary standard protocol?

I'm getting back into brewing after a hiatus and typically move from primary to keg and CO2 when SG stays flat for 72 hours.

Thoughts?

I did 2 or 2.5 weeks pretty regularly when I started brewing but have since moved toward the 'transfer when it is done fermenting' camp :)

If gravity is stable for a few days and roughly where you are expecting the beer to finish then transfer away.

Thanks for the info. My first legging is tonight so I plan to let my ale sit on 12PSI for at least a week before I even sample.

We'll see if I can wait that long...

When I am busy, it goes 3 weeks. However sometimes I hit expected FG in 10 days, cold crash and bottle. I am in a little hurry now because I want a couple more batches for 4th of July.
