Which leads me to believe Norma makes her appearance on WednesdayNo HF bottles at the brewery - seems like it's been a while since that happened.
Okay boys and girls, don't try this at home........
So I went to HF before thanksgiving to pick up some growlers and stuff to share with friend on the big day, the couple whose house we were at aren't big beer fanatics. Apparently a growler of Legitimacy was left unconsumed an has sat in the back of their fridge the past three months.........my friend calls today and says " I keep forgetting to tell you, but you've got a growler you left here on thanksgiving."
Long story made longer, I go pick it up today an pop the top.......

Still perfectly carbonated, still delicious. So if you want to know, worst case scenario and I would never reccomend this, but these growlers will hold steady a LONG ass time.

Think we'll see E. any time soon?
My guess would be Arthur.Which leads me to believe Norma makes her appearance on Wednesday
Both. I'd be somewhat surprised to see only one new addition given nothing is available right nowMy guess would be Arthur.
Was Nordic Saison $10 or $12? Thanks.
I thought convivial and brother have always been $12?
Nice detective work. I honestly thought this was batch 3 of Soigne. This is one I have missed buying myself at HF since batch 1, so I'm wrong I'm sure.
Off topic, had a b2 Dorothy yesterday. Much improved over b1 fresh, it's less just straight-out bitter. More citrus-y hops were used perhaps? Whatever he did to tweak the dry-hopping (I'm assuming that's all that was changed) definitely helped. That said, I loved b1 Dorothy anyway...

I'm glad to hear that. I didn't like b2 Dorothy that much, so I sat on some bottles. I probably will start drinking them in the Spring.
Has anyone else been there since they changes the growler limit to 5? I honestly wish they hadn't. It makes the line take FOREVER. I went on the 7th with about 40 ppl in front of me, and it took 3.5 hours. 2+ hours before I get to taste some beer is too long![]()
I think batch 3 came out this past summer and was $12.Maybe this was batch 3 soigné. I thought there was one in between. Perhaps not.

I was going to go from Burlington but the weather scared me away.Buddy arrived just before opening on Saturday, out in about an hour. Snowstorm was rolling in though throughout much of the region, so that may have had some effect.

Though I was a bit bummed my fiancee and I hung out at Prohibition Pig Brewery for the first time. Talked with Nate a little bit. What a great guy, great beers, and he even saved me from driving through an icy mess!
Can't wait to go back soon.
Rt 2 with no issues, thanks again! Cracking a Bantam for the Duke/UNC game tonightThanks for coming in and it was nice chatting with you. Hope the drive back to Burlington wasn't too treacherous.
