I am going to be brewing in a place that unfortunately does not have air conditioning and the temperature can be pretty high! Pushing 80 sometimes. What kinds of beers can I brew and what types of yeasts should I use?

Saisons. Right now im fermenting a Belgian Saison at 86* for the same reason- hot brew room. Im using WLP565.

My beer lives in my second bath tub for the summer, it is usually in the nineties, but in the water it keeps the beer down between 70-74*F. I second the Saison recommendation.
