Hey everyone! I am a newbie brewer from Lansing, MI about to graduate college. I started with a simple wine from concentrated grape juice and blueberries and had a ton of fun with it. I finally saved up the money for a starter beer kit and did a red ale. Unfortunately, I pitched my yeast in hot wort and had to use baker's yeast. Since then, I made an oatmeal stout and have just bottled my first pale ale. I'm really getting excited about it. I'm going to start working in the summer and I'll have a lot more money. Any recommendations on where I should go next?
