I'm currently in the Jackson, MS, area, and I am rather new to brewing. I've been reading this site for a while, now, gathering all sorts of info from this vast wealth of knowledge, so thanks! Anyway, I brewed my first batch about 2 weeks ago, and it is currently carbing in my chest freezer.

Awesome! I actually grew up in Memphis. I've only been in Jackson for about 1.5 years.
