Can you direct me to the documentation showing the interior liquid volume of your 1/2" 30 plate heat exchanger?
I would appreciate that greatly.

Best is to ask the seller or the manufacturer.

If you have the brand and model number, and it happens to be commonly used among homebrewers, someone may be able to answer.

Just in case, if you know the outer dimensions, you can calculate its outer volume, and possibly estimate it's liquid volume within 10-20% accuracy.

BTW, why would you need to know the (inside) liquid volume of the plate chiller? You're making us curious... because we're homebrewers.
