Best is to ask the seller or the manufacturer.

If you have the brand and model number, and it happens to be commonly used among homebrewers, someone may be able to answer.

Just in case, if you know the outer dimensions, you can calculate its outer volume, and possibly estimate it's liquid volume within 10-20% accuracy.

BTW, why would you need to know the (inside) liquid volume of the plate chiller? You're making us curious... because we're homebrewers.

Just start filling it from a known quantity of water and see how much it takes to fill it up

Could weigh it fill it and then reweigh it. Do some subtraction et voila.
