Hi all.

I have a small farm and I've been a beer lover all my life. I like the sweet beers, bitter beers, light beers and dark beers. I've been home brewing for a little over a month. I started out with all grain brewing because I wanted to grow my own hops and grains, so I figured I might as well take the winter, spring and summer to learn all of the methods and processes.

My farm's name is The Little Homestead, and I'm a DIY junky anyway.

I'm brewing low alcohol beer. Love the taste but I think my liver's pickled enough as it is. And I like drinking it while I'm working in the greenhouse and elsewhere. Can't afford to get snockered. :drunk:

I really appreciate this forum. I started reading the threads and sopping up as much info as I could for a while before I started to work with the grains. I really enjoy reading about everyone's projects, recipes, successes and failures.

I've learned a lot from y'all and will continue to do so. :mug:
