Hi folks,
My name is Zach. I’m an archaeologist coming to you from Oregon and I’m super excited to find such an active community of fermentation aficionados. I’ve only recently discovered the wide world of yeast-assisted alchemy, but I’m looking forward to the lifetime of learning that seems to be ahead.
So far, I’ve dabbled a bit into making wine from berries, soy sauce, and most recently cider, but I’m hoping to start wading into the world of mead soon as well. Really just trying to give it all a try to see what new fun there is to have.
