Just thought i'd say hi!
I just opened my first brew last night and it was glorious!
It was a brewhouse ipa kit three weeks in the bottle. In hindsight i would have dryhopped it, but i didn't know about dryhopping back then, lol
I've got another brewhouse kit in the secondary and i think i'm going to try a partial mash porter for the next go.
I just wanted to say thanks. I've learned a lot from you guys already, and expect i'll be able to learn quite a bit more!
