Returning to brewing after a 2½ year absence...moving across the country and back, job changes, young kids, my life is starting to make sense again, so I need to complete it....with homebrew !
Last time I participated in forums it was usenet...usenet seems to be nothing but a wasteland of spam now.
anyways, this forum has been excellent, I've found good instructions for building my new conical (old one was damaged in my moving around) and yeast tips.
