Am 28 from Melbourne just started homebrew
On my second and third batch as we Speke
First was coopers larger tin
My second and third are in barrels at moment second is coopers Mexican beer and third is Ginger beer
The Mex is right for bottling today so have taken 9 bottles off so far, 6 with a full chilli in each bottle and 3 with large spoon of leather wood honey in it
