Hey Yaw, From Tennessee

Started brewing wine not too long ago, to suprise my wife ( more of the wine drinker ) for when she comes back from Afghanistan. I just purchased the rest of the Equipment i needed to brew my own beer, My first Choice is a beer I really enjoy , Hefewiezen , and a simple kit for beginners.
