Happy to be a part of this community. I have done 5 beers since 1999 but have been aching to do more as I forgot how much fun (and how rewarding) it was. I started my latest (6th brew) this past Sunday. It's a Scottish Ale and I'm stoked to see how it goes.

How often you brew depends on how many you invite to drink your beer. If your beer disappears faster than you could brew it then you do have a problem. I too share my beer and am up to 5, 10 or 20 gallon batches as I have the equipment. I do not bottle as I have corny kegs (easy) and no bottle clutter or cleaning.
