So, I started brewing about 3 years ago. Been reading here for at least 2 of those. Finally figured out the local high IBU mainstays were not my thing and figured I could do better for my taste. With the help of this place (man is there some great info here!) I think I have.

Latest kick? Punkin' ale on deck for this weekend.
