Hey all, I'm just getting into brewing. I was going to start with a simple bucket setup, but I ended up getting a Brewzilla 3.1.1 35L 220v on sale. Have been digging through forums and videos finding a lot of info. I got a morebeer pre made ingredient kit and then ended up buying the ingredients individually to brew the Southern Tier Pumking. Everything came in last week, but I haven't been able to brew yet. Going on a cruise this weekend for my wedding and come back next Saturday, so hoping to be able to have my first brew day that weekend. Looking forward to learning more and get involved with the forum!
