Just wanted to say whats up to everyone here. I've always been an creative/artistic type person (playing guitar, painting, automotive fabrication, etc) and I've always been curious about home brewing. I'm a big fan of craft beers, especially what dogfish head has to offer. I found "Extreme Brewing" at the local bookstore (on sale nonetheless) the other day and I couldn't resist picking it up. I've read the book cover to cover already and am just waiting on my startup supplies and other books to arrive so I can get crackin on brewing

Confused. Essex county is crazy north in the grand scheme. Some folks from Ocean county and lower accuse me of being nuts for calling Piscataway "central".
