I went with the True Brew's german style light, only my 2nd batch. I changed a few things about the recipe and bought an additional 1oz pack of hallertau hops.
what i changed was the hopping schedule. so first for my bittering instead of using the entire oz of cascade i used .6 cascade and .4 hall hops. At the 35 minute mark i added the rest of the hall hops .6 and at the 7 minute mark i put in the .4 of the cascades for aroma.
the instructions were to add all of the 1oz of cascade for all of the bittering and.
but i wanted a hoppy light beer so what kind of bitterness and flavor profile do you think i'm going to have?
all comments welcome...yes i know i'm horrible at following instructions haha.
