I am looking to build a kegarator or keezer to hold 2 pin lock firestone kegs and a 10lb CO2 tank.
I have limeted space and would like the smallest unit possible that will fit my needs.

do you have a recomendation for a 5ish cubic ft freezer or fridge that will work?

It seems that many 5 cubic ft chest frezers are just a tiny bit too small to acomodate everything without me building a collar(whitch I hope to avoide).

I just bought a GE 5.0cuft that will fit 2 cornys and a 5lb tank, but I'm pretty sure it's got room for another 5gal beside it. What about running 2 tanks, one for each keg? Is that an absurd idea? I'm new to kegging so I'm still stumbling thru the design process myself.

I just built out a keezer using a 5CF holiday freezer. 2x6 collar and it fits 3 cornies and a 10#cylinder. You need the collar to run the taps through. If you drill the walls of the freezer, you risk poking a refirgerant line and ruining the freezer (costs more to repair than replace)
