HELP - quick temperature controller question

So, I have an opportunity to pick up a temp controller for a pretty good price and I have a quick question. The controller is an AquaLogic TR115SN. Checking the data sheet for this one, it says that it will handle temps from -30 - 210 degrees.

Is a temp controller a temp controller? I mean, is there a difference between one that is branded for aquarium chillers and the ranco's / johnson controls that are 'normally' used on this forum?

Before I pick it up I just wanted to make sure it will work for my soon to be keezer.

As long as you don't exceed the amperage of the relay it should work fine.

Would that be the "full load"? Here are the specs...
Amp Loading Capacity:
Full load: 9.8 amp
Locked Rotor: 58.8 amps
Resistive Heater: 9.8 amps

My freezer pulls 5 amps

If your freezer only pulls 5 amps your all good to go.
