Glacier is an excellent new variety with balanced bittering properties combined with a good aroma profile. This hop is well suited for a wide variety of beers including pale ales, ESBs, bitters, English-style pale ales, porters, and stouts.

Possible Substitutions: Willamette, Fuggle, Tettnang, and Styrian Golding.
 
Not sure how you'd make it watertight, and it would take a LOT of hops to make even a 1-man hop sub.

But I wanna ride in it.

Nice picture. I guess homebrewers have skills that go beyond just brewing. I like the "Torpedo" torpedo.
