So I have a dilemma. I plan on brewing this Sunday and was going to make my yeast starter tonight. I didn't check how much DME I had on hand, and it not enough. I need a 2L using 200g of DME. I only have 84g of DME on hand and no access to more for at least a week. Recipe is 10 gal batch pale ale with an OG of 1.053. My question is could I use some table sugar to supplement the DME and add yeast nutrient to keep the yeast happy? If not brewday will have to be postponed
