Help! Not enough DME for starter

So I have a dilemma. I plan on brewing this Sunday and was going to make my yeast starter tonight. I didn't check how much DME I had on hand, and it not enough. I need a 2L using 200g of DME. I only have 84g of DME on hand and no access to more for at least a week. Recipe is 10 gal batch pale ale with an OG of 1.053. My question is could I use some table sugar to supplement the DME and add yeast nutrient to keep the yeast happy? If not brewday will have to be postponed

Do a mini mash in a (large) pot in the oven. Boil the wort hard for 5 minutes and chill. While you're at it, you may as well make some extra and freeze it for next time.

2 liter doesn't sound quite enough for that 10 gallon batch...

There's also the vitality starter approach, a la Brulosopher, and variations upon that.

But I wouldn't risk a 10 gallon batch on that alone, you still need to pitch a decent cell count. If you feel your cell count is a little low after your starter, you could additionally run a vitality starter with that for 4 hours while you're brewing and pitch the whole shebang. In any case, don't forget to oxygenate or at least aerate well.
