Hi to you all i have brewed 21 lts of 10.3 % cider i have put 7 lts of apple juice to it making 28 lts ,can anybody tell what % it will come at many thanks for any help

I think you're saying you backsweeted with apple juice that will not be allowed to ferment? if so...

(21 x 10.3%) + (7 x 0%)
-------------------------- = 7.7%
(21 +7)

Hi Vikeman thanks for your reply thats how i worked it out but was not 100% if i was right
what i did was to use Safale US.05 yeast that should work to 9.2% it went to 10,3% with a FG 1.002
then used 7 lts of apple juice to bring the % down and add taste it came out the best i have made many thanks
