This is my water profile. I want to better understand how to use this and what I need to add on brewing days. TIA!!

That totally looks like RO water from here.
Pick a Brewing Water tool (I use Bru'n Water but there are numerous alternatives), plug those uber low numbers in, decide what your beer style wants, and it will tell you what you need to add wrt "salts" and acids...

Is that after an RO filter? That's exceptionally low-ion water.
