help how do I stop the emails from Home Brew talk

I get an email every time I post or someone else does to a topic I am subscribed to. It's flooding my inbox and I can't find where to stop this in the settings or notifications options.

Notification settings are in the Member Options panel.

Under "My Account" select "Subscribed threads" tick the box next to each thread at the far right, then down at the bottom click the "Move to folder" dropdown, select "no email notification", click the "GO" button
