My brother is graduating college. A huge achievement as he has learning disabilities and we doubted if he would ever graduate high school. For his graduation I told him I would make him a beer. He loves Stouts so that is what he requested. I haven't really created a recipe from scratch yet so this is my first attempt. Let me know what you think....

All Grain Recipe OG 1.065 FG 1.018 ABV 6.3%
9 lbs Pale 2 Row
1 lbs Crystal 80L
1 lbs Dextrose
.5 lb Black Malt
.5 lb Roasted Barley
2 oz willamette hops (60 min)
.75 oz Willamette hops (10 min)
irish moss (10 min)

Yeast WLP002 English Ale

Ferment for 4 weeks.

I am open to any and all advice. Should I throw some coffee in? Oatmeal?

Thanks!
