Hi all!
I am brewing a brewers best holiday ale and i replaced the supplied yeast with a liquid yeast white labs irish ale wlp004 I don't think I left enough headspace and I had a blowout.
My problem is that I think I am filled to the brim with yeast cake or krausen < forgive me if my terminology is incorrect.
I have removed the pressure and removed and cleaned my airlock and am in the process of adding a blowout tube. but as I said it is full to the top can I safely remove anything from the bucket to give more headspace??
