Hi. I have been brewing in the UK since the 1970s on and off. When I moved to France, near Paris, I started up again in order to brew a beer that was less alcoholic and more to my taste, i.e. English Bitter. I used malt from the UK and other grains and adjuncts from Belgium. I invested in a grainfather which made the brewing easier and more consistent. Since moving to Normandy at the end of last year I have not had the time to set up my brewery, but I hope that will occur shortly.
