Hi there, just started flipping through this great board and figured I'd introduce myself.

I'm from East Coast Canada, 19 years old, on my second batch of beer. I've kept things really simple so far using the pre-boiled wort kits from the local beer store.

First batch was a pale-ale that didn't turn out quite as well as I'd hoped due to some mistakes on my part. (alot of sediment mostly)

After some discussion with the guy at the brew store and reading on here I'm looking forward to my newest batch of Mexican Lager which I'm hoping will turn out alot better.

Anyways,talk to you guys later.
-Rob.

welcome and good luck!
the members here are friendly and very helpful
they have walked me through my batches whenever i had questions.

if your next batch is a lager, do you have a way to keep it at lagering temps?

Welcome! Ask anything, there are a lot of good people here. Do a 'search' (if you haven't already), there are some people here who have done mexican lagers before.
