Hello all,

Paul here. Avid home brewer back in the 80's when there was not many choice of styles. The imports of the day were Grolsch (great bottles to use for bottling), Heineken, Bass, Newcastle, St. Paulie Girl, Molsen and few others.

I have worked for Hanna Instruments for over 20 years and currently at Milwaukee Instruments. Well versed in water quality instrumentation, so if you have any questions then please do not hesitate to reach out.

Looking to learn and get better at making a great brew.

Welcome, I started brewing kits in the 80s and then a long hiatus before going all grain in 2018.
Been using a Milwaukee refractometer for several years and find it works great, easier to read than a hydrometer.

Thanks, definitely cannot beat the ease of use of a refractometer. The Applications team that I managed at Hanna had some enthusiast that did all grain. Back in the day I would use the wort extract so I am looking forward to going all grain.
