Hows it going guys/gals out there in HB land?

I'm Devon, from SoCal. Got a homebrew kit for christmas, and a widmer hef copy to brew. Thats currently fermenting in my apartment closet, lol. I know I messed up a bit, scorched/burned the malt extract (I know to turn off the stove next time), but hopefully it all turns out!

Anyway, I will just continue to lurk and keep reading about all your tragedies and misfortunes, so I don't suffer the same consequences.

PS- If anyone wants to share a REALLY good wheat/wit beer recipe, I'm looking for what to brew next...

Got curious, and decided to taste/grav read my beer after the past 60hrs fermenting... TASTES LIKE BEER! HAHA. I have heard so many horror stories, so glad that mine worked out!
