Hello everyone, total beginner here. I have dumped one 5 gallon extract batch and done one successful extract porter. I have one gallon of hard cider and just started playing around with AG.

I have a fairly successful 1.5 gallon ale in the fermenter right now, using the one pot method, a few questions, joined forum to ask them, will post in proper place.

Just saying hi.
 
Good to see others from Iowa here. Still awaiting my first kit so that I can start my first brew.

Getting really anxious. I understand that patience is key...but if this is any indication of what's to come...............:eek:
