Hello from Texas

Hello everyone. I used to brew a little years ago, but I got busy with my career and getting married, and it has now been 5 years since my last completed batch.

The other day, an old friend and I decided to give it a go again, and hopefully rekindle an old hobby. We brewed an India Pale Ale on Saturday, and are waiting to bottle here in the next couple days.

We did something wrong and are concerned we may have messed up this batch, but I'll start another thread to expose our mistake and ask for guidance.
