Hello everyone,
My name is Murray. I used to homebrew beer several years back, but I moved to an area without a good supply store and with horrible water. I am changing careers and have a two year old, so upon deciding to brew again, I decided to try mead or wine.
I will probably end up asking more questions than anyone wants to answer, but I really do appreciate the community here.
