Hello all!Im very thankful this website is here!Im looking forward to learning and then brewing more beer.If I can one day contribute to others ,then ill do that.Right now ive just brewed my first batch ever.It was a 12 Gal. All Grain Wheat of our own design. Its been fermenting now for 2 days. All went well,i figure, for a first time. There wasnt great aeration so im seeing a slow or say maybe a not so visable fermantation so far.But i figure ill just relax and have a......ahh not any home brews yet.

welcome. good luck on that first brew. your dialogue indicates you know a thing or two more than most first time posters. it'll pay off! but hey, we all have bad brews at times so never be discouraged. you learn from your mistakes but we all learn together here.

and chance of flurries in syracuse/watertown is the equivalent of major blizzard in PA. every time i drive up 81 in the winter....chance of flurries......also known as whiteout conditions
