Thanks lads appreciate the welcome as I've said I really new to to this and maybe over keen lol but one lot bottled and one in the tank :ban::tank: what I would really like to do eventually is to brew from scratch. Can I use the coopers bucket with Kessler collar to do this ??
 
Sure. I still use my Cooper's Micro Brew fermenter for all kinds of beers from kit-n-kilo to pb/pm biab. It's all good.
 
Greetings you've come to the right place. I visited your beautiful town a couple of summers ago. Wonderful place and friendly people. I drank lots of Brain's while there and spent too much time in pubs
