Hello all! I have been a lurker for some time and yesterday took the plunge to become a member. I have brewed a few batches of Mr. Beer and this year I am starting to try 1 Gallon batches. In my world, these will just "fit" better. Currently waiting on my White House Honey Ale kit to arrive from Northern Brewer and chomping at the bit to get started again. 2 years ago I had the best Honey Ale from Trailhead Brewery in St Louis and I have been searching for a "clone" recipe ever since! Just enough honey taste to make this the smoothest sipping brew I had tasted.
