New guy here, I've been reading the forums for the past few weeks and felt the need to join.
Lots of good info here!
I'm relatively new to brewing... I've helped my dad on a few brews and finally decided to jump into it myself. The first kit I did was a brewer's best IPA extract kit, and I was actually surprised at how well it turned out.
My second batch is in the primary now fermenting away! Already scheming to buy another carboy and cornie keg....
