Hi, just joined after reading many threads from Google search results.

I’m a transplanted Chicagoan in New Zealand for 17 years now. Home brewer using Grainfather. Started with Williams Warn kit which was created by a couple of Kiwi brewers. Also growing my own hops: smooth cone, Goldings, Wakatu and Riwaka.

Started by brewing ales but lately fixated on Pilsners.
