Just bottled my first batch about a week ago. I went with the True Brew IPA kit to start and we will see how it turns out in a few weeks.
I will say that I enjoyed the experience immensely and can see myself becoming consumed with this hoppy. I am trying one of the beers right now and its pretty decent. I have been conditioning the beer at around 70 at night, but when im gone during the day, the temp has been around 74. Now I will just sit back, let it continue to condition and hope it gets tastier and tastier.
These forums have already been helpful in just trying to understand the basics for my first brew and all the steps and such.
