Hello all, I finally got around to starting home brewing after wanting to for years. I received a 1 gallon kit as a gift. That's conditioning now, and knowing I wouldn't be able to wait, I went right out and bought a 5 gallon kit that came with an amber ale recipe. I'm currently brainstorming ideas to make it a little more special (spiced) than a regular amber.
