Hello home brewers,
I've been in KC for about a month now, was living in Denver CO before. I had to quit brewing while preparing to move and couldnt wait to start again in KC.
Ive been home brewing for about a year and a half, am now up to partial mash.
Have a Helles lager in primary and a Helles in secondary.
To be honest I never could get used to pale ales, even good commercials like Samual Adams or Flat Tire, cant handle that sweet estery taste. I did enjoy the brown ales and porters I have brewed. I am now brewing with lager yeast, and thinking of dropping ale yeasts all together.
