Hey everyone! My name is Mike, been brewing for myself for about 6 months. I was raised around my late fathers brewery: Shadow Mountain Brewery, of Temecula, CA.. Love brewing, and have inherited my fathers custom 55 gallon setup.. I thought I would post some pictures, and get some ideas to some of the other equipment that came with it.. (large electric boiler unit, what seems to be an industrial chiller, and his own designed hop infuser). Ideas, comments welcome and I plan on sharing my recipes (and some of his) with, from what I can see, is a great community for homebrew!
