Hello From Houston TX

Hello,

My name is Matt, from Houston, and I'm just getting into home brewing. My first kit, an American Pale Ale 1 gallon, is currently fermenting (I believe is the terminology). It sure did start fermentation pretty quickly. The picture with the light foam was only after a few hours. The second pic with it overflowing a little is after 24 hours.

Any one have a recipe for a 1 gallons of an IPA style brew?

I hope to learn quite a bit during my stay. :cross:
