Hi Friends,
My name is Sam. I have been brewing for about 5 years now on a 5-gallon all grain system and am currently downsizing to a 1-gallon system. I used to work for a brewery up in Harrisonburg VA and am currently in the Richmond VA area. I'm always interested to learn new things about brewing and the industry.
