I am working on my first 5 Gallon batch after the Mr. Beer kit left me feeling like I didn't do enough to call myself a home brewer. Yes it is real beer but none of the work. So far the big batch is working out and I will keep my fingers crossed, my only troubles thus far have been with the airlock went from bubbling like crazy the first day to nothing the second and third although there is some preasure when I touch the lid of the fermentor. I will see how she goes. :cross:
