Hey Guys! I'm Donnie and I'm New to the Brew. My wife bought me a really nice Homebrew setup for my 24th Birthday this last March and I have yet to let one of my 4 five Gallon fermenters stay empty for more than a day! I was looking for info on mashing and found this site via Google. This place is great and the info is priceless! I'll be looming around here for a long time for sure!
