Hi guys! I have been brewing extract for a little over a year now and have used the crap out of this forum. I figured it was time I ponyed up and became a supporter and introduced myself. My name is Thad Mitchell and I live in Concord NC. I am a member of Cabarrus homebrewing Society. I hope to gain a lot more knowledge from this community! Oh I almost forgot I am in the middle of converting three kegs and building a brewstand so I can go allgrain.
