I have been lurking on here for a while. I have made a bunch of extract recipes, six to be exact, and 10 gallons of the apfel wein. All have turned out well, except a Belgian Dubbel that I under-carbed. I have thoroughly enjoyed the resources on here and look forward to more brewing. I am in the Tampa/ Orlando area. Any home brew clubs down there?
