Hello everyone, I’m new to the community, just started my first brews, it’s a few ciders from raw unfiltered apple cider from a local Michigan cider mill (top notch I might add)
I’ve done some research over the years and finally just decided to jump in! Cider seems the easiest. So here I am now! 4 gallons in, just started a second batch first is still going.
I look forward to the ventures I will face with brewing and how I may learn and hopefully you all can help me, and in a later date I can help others!
